Urban Office is a contemporary commercial architecture concept designed for a modern working environment.
The building uses a combination of concrete, glass and vertical architectural fins to create a strong yet refined street presence. The façade provides shade while allowing controlled natural light into the working spaces.

The design responds to the character of Colombo’s urban environment by combining efficient planning with a calm, modern architectural language.
Connecting Work and Environment
Inside, the spaces are designed to support different ways of working, from focused individual work to collaboration and informal meetings.
Large glazed areas create visual connections between the interior and the city, while planted areas and carefully positioned openings introduce elements of nature into the workplace.
The overall approach is simple: create a commercial environment that feels professional, comfortable and connected to its surroundings.
